In 2002, ELAN took on a difficult and demanding
task—to create a comprehensive line of
Architectural speakers that sound better, look better
and cost less than anything else on the market.
ELAN’s entire speaker development began with this
step, and today we are among the top echelon of
speaker suppliers.
It all began by assessing every major name brand
in-wall and in-ceiling speaker for performance,
price, aesthetics and attention to detail. From there
we went to the lab – listening, evaluating,
analyzing, comparing, debating, formulating,
reformulating and defining. We hired world-class
acoustical engineers to refine our conclusions.
We summoned expert Dealers to test the design
decisions, assortment and product attributes, and
selected the finest materials at each cost level to
create a consistent offering. The materials were
carefully tested and voiced against the nearest
competitive speaker to arrive at the best
performance. The award winning M Series™ line
was born and ELAN became a world-class speaker
supplier.
Following on the heels of the M Series success,
ELAN went back into the lab to create the O
Series™ Outdoor Speakers which are designed to
give maximum performance and value in even the
harshest conditions.
In 2006, ELAN Engineers devoted this same
commitment to across-the-board perfection to
develop TheaterPoint —a comprehensive family of
precisely voiced, timbre-matched Home Theater
Speakers to suit every installation from basic up to
elaborate.

Installation Provisions~
Getting the speaker in the
wall solidly and efficiently is beneficial to its end
use. The ability to mount these designs with or
without baffles, and the flexible stud mounting
flanges makes installation a snap in the most
difficult locations. The multi-legged clamp system
provides the best means for
eliminating undesirable
vibration common with other
speaker alternatives.

When multiple speakers from other manufacturers
were tested, the range of performance fell off
considerably between models. No one company
exceeded average performance with all models in
the given class. M Series provides above average

M Series
Architectural Speakers
From the patio to the pool, on a boat or a bookshelf,
ELAN O Series Outdoor Speakers deliver the sound
you want, anywhere you want it. The front-ported
design delivers deep, powerful bass that compliments
the accurate highs and warm mids. Designed to
withstand the harshest weather conditions, O Series
Speakers will provide years of outdoor (and indoor)
listening pleasure.
Their climate-resistant construction includes
gold-plated binding posts, rust-proof aluminum
grilles, butyl rubber surrounds, and glass-filled ABS
enclosures. All of these details add up to optimum
outdoor durability. Every element of construction
ensures the most reliable product,
even in challenging wet
or cold environments.
OM Series
The sophisticated OM Series deliver
exceptional performance with carefully
selected Mica-filled cones that reduce
resonance and increase cone stabilization in extreme
conditions. Second-order
crossovers and 19mm silk dome
tweeters complete the package.
OE Series
OE Series are designed to deliver high-quality sound
yet offer an affordable outdoor speaker solution using
poly-carbon composite cones, first-order crossovers,
and 13mm silk diaphragm tweeters.
All O Series Speakers come with a
two-year warranty.

O Series
Outdoor Speakers
Never before has a complete line of cabinet
loud-speakers and architectural in-wall/in-ceiling
speakers been so precisely timbre-matched that
any combination of them can be used together to
create the ideal Home Theater listening
environment. You can easily mix and match
models to create a basic 5.1 configuration up to a
full-blown, 7.1 surround sound home theater.
Designed from the ground up by some of the
finest acoustical engineers in the business, every
component of each speaker was carefully chosen
for quality and performance. Each driver, including
the tweeters, is made from woven Kevlar fibers.
Only cast-aluminum baskets were used to house
the woofers. Custom “Q” crossover networks and
gold-plated binding posts are found in every model.
As every Home Theater is unique, each speaker has
a 3-way Room Compensation Switch that allows
you to custom tailor the sound for bright, neutral
or warm rooms. A -20dB Bass-Limiting Switch on
all L/C/R models eliminates low-frequency conflict
with subwoofers while boosting power to the
satellite speakers. The 0°/180° Phase Switch on
the two dipole models ensures uniformity of the
sound field in relation to the front speakers.
Each TheaterPoint speaker was developed to allow
the sound to be focused into the primary listening
area, or the “Sweet Spot”, in your Home Theater.
All L/C/R models feature pivoting tweeters that
enable the very-directional high frequencies to be
pointed into the Sweet Spot. At the center of each
pivoting tweeter is a notch for the placement of the
ELAN Laser Pointer (included with every pivoting
tweeter model), which provides a focused beam of
light for directing the tweeter precisely into the
Sweet Spot.
THP803C
This rotating baffle, 3-way, in-ceiling home theater
speaker sets a new industry standard for sound
quality and design. With its

job you see fit to use it in.
THP802C
Maximum performance at a great price. The mid-line
THP802C incorporates all the award-winning design
features of the THP803C and delivers sound that's
suitable for all but the most critical of listening areas.
THP801C
Amazing, cost-effective Home Theater sound! Now
you can bring the theater into the bedroom, rec-room
or anywhere where you want the speakers to be
heard but not seen.
THP650W
Never again will performance need to be sacrificed
at the expense of architectural design. This
finely-tuned array of dual woven Kevlar woofers
and a woven Kevlar pivoting tweeter produce a
sonic excellence unmatched by any in-wall speaker.
THP525W
The goal here was two-fold – develop a high-end,
in-wall home theater speaker with the sonic
characteristics of a quality cabinet speaker and
make it as flexible as possible.
