Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Are my uploaded server logs stored on your server?

A: No. We prioritize user privacy and data security. Log files are processed in real-time. Immediately after the AWStats compiler finishes generating the static HTML pages, the raw log file (and any intermediate config or database files) is permanently deleted from our server. Only the final static HTML files remain.

Q: What is the maximum file size upload limit?

A: The tool supports log files up to **500MB** in size. This includes large compressed archives which expand dynamically on the server.

Q: Why does traditional AWStats look different from this report?

A: Traditional AWStats reports are formatted with older, table-based layouts. Our application overrides this default design on-the-fly, injecting a custom modern stylesheet that improves readability, updates the color schemes, and makes tables responsive on mobile devices.

Q: How long are my reports kept?

A: Generated HTML reports are saved for **30 days** before being automatically cleaned up. You can also delete your reports manually at any time by clicking the "Delete" button in your browser session history card.
